HMC Youth Events

Outside of regular Faith Formation classes, many other opportunities exist for youth to participate in faith-based social events and
service projects. Many of these events happen through the parish's participation in West Side Catholic Youth Network (WSCYN) and Madison Catholic Youth. For more information, contact Becky Phillips at 835-5764, x125 or hmocym@chart.net.

 - PAYMENTS -

Unless stated otherwise, any checks written out for events should be made payable to "HMC" or "Holy Mother of Consolation," and turned in to the Faith Formation Office ahead of time. Costs listed are per person.

 - PERMISSION -

EVERY student attending these events--even students' guests--must turn in a completed Youth Waiver/Permission Form, link below. Consent and signature of both parent/guardian and student is required. Even if an event has its own waiver/permission form, the HMC form must also be filled out.
